I have known Russell for approximately 1year 9 months, during that time I was and still am, heavily involved with various committees and Executive roles in numerous situations at Breakfast Point where Russell was the Estate Manager.
He is well versed in all areas of property management including Mechanical and Electrical matters, these attributes come with many years at the "coal face" and are vital to managing and assessing buildings soundness and performance.
He is intelligent and can deal with a multitude of issues and properties at one time and does it with ease.
Excellent memory, can recall information from past years` in a flash.
He can easily communicate complex building matters to a layperson with ease.
I was very sorry to see Russell move on as he left "big shoes to fill"

Russell was the caretaker for our apartment buildings Newbury and York at Breakfast Point after their completion in October 2009. Russell participated in the commissioning of these new buildings and then undertook the ongoing maintenance and care of the buildings until his resignation in June 2010. During that time Russell was of great assistance to the new Owners Corporation Executive Committee and other building occupants always providing excellent customer service and prompt attention to the needs of the all. Russell has excellent knowledge of building management and was able to source additional services and materials as required always in a very timely fashion. We also found him to be technically proficient, having a good understanding of the complexities of the plumbing installations (hot, cold, recycled and waste), and associated pump technologies, and as well all the building and lift communication systems.
We found Russell personable and approachable, and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any engagement of this type and wish him well for the future.

I know Mr Russell as a result of my dealings with him as a member of the Executive Committee of SP 81231 located at 1 Juniper Drive, Breakfast Point, NSW, 2137. During this time Russell was the Estate Manager working for Estate Managers Pty Ltd. In this capacity he was responsible for the maintenance of the various buildings in the Breakfast Point development area. It was a pleasure dealing with Russell in this capacity as he was always of a cheerful disposition, nothing seemed to phase him and he ensured that problems were fixed in a most timely manner. His departure from Estate Managers Pty Ltd is a loss to our community and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a person of integrity with an extensive knowledge of building and the maintenance of complex buildings such as many of those to be found in the Breakfast Point development.
